We’re happy to announce that the very special C.A.S.T. for Kids fishing derby is back for 2026! C.A.S.T. for Kids Foundation coordinates annual fishing and boating events across America to provide children with special needs a quality outdoor recreational experience. This event held at the DCAC is unique not only because it’s the only such event held in Pennsylvania but also because it is the only C.A.S.T. for Kids streamside trout fishing event in the country! Wendy Steinbrunner is the new program coordinator for this event and the event is being supported, in part, by the Dauphin County Parks & Recreation Department. The DCAC is proud to host this memorable event.
